Texas potatoes
2 pound bag hash brown potatoes
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
16 ounce sour cream
1/2 cup onions
1 stick melted butter or margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together
put in 9″ x 13″ casserole dish
bake in oven for one hour at 350°
